Since 1999 Wayne has continually broken record prices for the suburb of Balgowlah North and surrounding suburbs. Currently he holds the highest sale for vacant land of $1,100,000 also for the highest residential sale per square metre for a house ($3,203 per sqm) and also for the record sale of residential & commercial combined.
Wayne’s decision to go independent was a big loss to the franchise however Wayne believes he has built extensive knowledge throughout the industry and wanted to take the business to greater heights free from the restrictions of the franchise guidelines. Wayne has made a strong name for himself by achieving results vendors thought were of out reach. This is largely due to his unmatched enthusiasm, straight forward and honest attitude but also to do with his very creative side, and will to win, that continues to set him apart from his competitors.
