About Blackleys

Blackleys Estate Agents

In October of 2005 Wayne Blackley Established Blackleys Estate Agents after being a principal/owner of Richardson and Wrench Balgowlah North for over ten years. During these ten years Wayne achieved awards as high as No 8 office in the Network in 2005, several property management awards and was personally awarded

  • No 10 Selling Principal in Australia.
  • No 7 Selling Principal in N.S.W.
  • No 10 in N.S.W. for the greatest number of Listings and Sales.

Since 1999 Wayne has continually held and broken the record price for the suburb of Balgowlah North. Starting with 2 Warringah Street, Balgowlah North to today’s current record of $1,545,000 for 68 Bangaroo Street, Balgowlah North. Wayne also holds the suburbs record for the sale of 30 Bangaroo Street, Balgowlah North as the record for both residential and commercial combined.

Wayne’s decision to go independent was a big loss to the Richardson and Wrench franchise however Wayne believes he has built extensive knowledge throughout the industry and wanted to take the business to greater heights free from the restrictions of the franchise guidelines. Wayne has made a strong name for himself by achieving results vendors thought were of out reach. This is largely due to his unmatched enthusiasm, straight forward and honest attitude but also to do with his very creative side, and will to win, that continues to set him apart from his competitors.

One of Blackleys Estate Agents strengths are their commitment to feedback throughout themarketing and sale of the property right from approval of the advertisements to weekly written reports, telephone calls, emails and face to face meetings, keeping the vendor fully informed. Of course, you are welcome to contact us at any time.
