Welcome to the Blackleys team:

MARGARET LATIMER has joined the team at Blackleys Estate Agents in the area of administrative support and reception and brings along her Customer Service skills of over 30 years. Previously Margaret was employed as a Customer Service Manager for a subscription agent, having managed high profile Academic Libraries for 14 years. Regarded as a local Margaret has lived in Balgowlah North for 46 years with her children attending the local school.
MARGARET BELLWOOD JP, Property Manager, began her real estate career in 1981 after working five years with Warringah Shire Council where Margaret obtained valuable knowledge about Building regulations, zonings and DA Management. Margaret is a licensed real estate agent and has always worked in Property Management and Sales on the Northern Beaches she brings a wealth of knowledge to her landlords and tenants.
LISA BURNETTE has been working in both office management and reception with Wayne since 2002. During this time Lisa has accomplished the knowledge of both rental and sales enquires, as well as an all round understanding of the real estate industry. Lisa is both a proud mother and wife and is a valuable asset for our busy office.
LAUREN JACOBS Since joining the team in 2003 Lauren has undertaken sales support roles with Wayne including; Open for Inspections and Sales administration duties. Lauren is an asset to the office with her amicable personal and friendly touch to the buying and selling of your most precious asset. Along side working for the Blackleys team Lauren is working hard to further her education and take care of her growing family.
FAINE BAYVEL is a local in the Balgowlah area and has worked with Wayne for the past two years with great success marketing properties along the Northern Beaches and has won several awards. Faine’s communication and enthusiasm is very highly regarded and is a salesperson with a great future. Faine is currently furthering her professional education studying a Bachelor of Property Economics and Valuation. Faine previously had experience in commercial property working for Chesterton International.
WAYNE BLACKLEY is the Managing Director, Principal and Licensee In Charge of Blackleys Estate Agents, Australia. Wayne has a vast amount of experience in sales, leasing and property management and has worked Mosman and the Northern Beaches areas for many years after a successful term with Lend Lease Corporation. Wayne’s renowned success is due to his continuous referral business, ability to appraise, targeting the right market and to his excellent negotiation skills. He is most notably known for his expertise in both marketing and auctioneering skills, which has been printed in both national and local media organisations. Wayne has frequently been requested to speak at the Department of further Education & Technical Colleges.
As a local resident, Wayne has intimate knowledge of the area and understands the needs and priorities of vendors and purchasers. Experience means that he is able to offer a full range of professional services including residential and commercial sales, rentals and property management. Above all, Wayne is committed to providing highest level of personal service that will ensure that his clients always know that they are the top priority and aims to achieve the best result for them.
